Carlos Susano brings over 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every project he leads.
His expertise was built across multiple areas of the industry: flooring, custom carpentry, window treatments, bathroom remodeling, and luxury renovations. He spent 8 years sharpening his skills under an experienced American contractor before relocating to Florida, as Project Manager.
He later founded Falkon Construction — rebranded in 2025 as Susano Construction & Renovation — leading remodeling and house-flipping projects alongside investors across South Florida.
Today, Susano Construction & Renovation is a trusted name in Florida's luxury residential market, known for premium craftsmanship, modern design, and a hands-on approach to every project. Carlos leads each job with the same principle he started with: quality work, honest communication, and attention to every detail.
